About Me
I’m Chris Whitcombe. I was the head of development at ThinkBuzan and I now work as a technical architect at Monitise designing some big server J2EE/Spring app’s. I’m also a big advocate of OSGi to create clean, modular software.
Outside of that you will often find me writing code of all sorts. Generally I enjoy working on iPhone app’s with some friends or I work on big data processing using tools like hadoop, pig, storm, cassandra and other such fun stuff.
I’m always trying to learn new things and have an ever growing to do list featuring things like clojure, scala, groovy and whatever other tools will help me be more productive whilst still on a JVM setup.
I’m always open to new ideas, feedback or just general chat, feel free to drop me an email using the contact box or give me a shout on twitter.
